I found your site as I was wandering around the web and was extremely impressed by the large amount of very helpful information that you have made available. I was especially impressed by the simplicity of the instructions. Your explanations are easy to understand, which is so important for those of us who are still fairly new to the world of WebTV. Thank you for the time you spent developing this most informative site.

A friend of mine just sent me your helpful hints and I really want to thank you for all the time and effort that you have put into this. I only wish, as many other have, that it would have come with the Webtv when purchased. It would have saved much time and frustration. Thanks a million. Cathy

I wish I had found your site from day one. It ought to be a link when the LBB is plugged in at the getgo. :-)

Subject: Signature: Deleting Website
Hi Tex:
I just stumbled on your website and must confess that I have found it to be most comprehensive in the range of topics and most simple and clear in explanation. I would like to compliment you on a great service to us, web tv. users.
I built a web page site, put it in my signature, then later deleted the site, and now I cannot delete the site from my signature. How can I do it ? Thanks Tex.

Robin-Tex: I just spent a couple of hours cleaning up my "saved" e-mail, and most of it was mail from you, about how to get the most out of my Web TV.
I know you have a WebTV Help Page, but I am uncertain about your official relationship to WebTV. In any case, I am sending a copy of this e-mail to Voice@net4tv.com.
Your help has been very important, and has saved me hours of frustration, and time spent searching for answers from people who do not respond. I hope I have not abused the privelege of being able to contact you direct.
Keep up the good work. Web TV has it's faults. but I have never regretted choosing it over a full scale computer. They would just provide a lot of opportunities that I do not need. I have enough trouble digesting the information provided by WebTV! It is truly my "window" on the world.
Thank you,
Jack

Hi, Tex:
I don't know how to thank you for your help & yes I sure do need it. A lot of times people don't give explicit enough instructions on the ng. [newsgroup]
I checked your instructions & that's what I need. I'm the type person that needs step by step or I don't get it. I will check the rest of your site & I'm sure I will find other step by step instructions I can use. I really appreciate you taking the time to email me. Thanks. [name withheld for privacy]

I just wanted to tell you that this is a great page, better than any I have seen.
I was on webtv for 2 years, and bought a computer about a year ago because of sooo many problems with webtv. While on web I made a link page for myself and my friends, mostly to clean out my favorites LOL
Over the last couple of weeks I've been updating it, taking out bad links and putting new URL's for those that have moved. Most of them I just click, and if the page comes up I leave it. I just happened to take a good look at this simple and informative page, and had to tell you how good it is.
I probably would have bought this comp anyway, but this page could have saved me a lot of trouble, had I paid attention :)
Take care...Miranda

Thanks Tex, you're a genius!! I didn't realize the URL we are accustomed to using, isn't the "real" address. I've seen the redirect message many times while going to a site, but never would have made the connection, that was the problem my uncle was having viewing the site. Thanks so much for the information!!!

Subject: All your help!
Hi, Tex!
Just felt I _had_ to thank you again for your wonderful help, the sharing of your vast knowledge. I'm sure you must get hundreds or more "thank you"s daily but just had to add mine.
After your patience in helping me about a year ago when I finally felt strong enough to dabble with my l.b.b. again, and helping me about a year before that --before all my heart troubles laid me low, I FINALLY found time to read through all your explanations of puzzling aspects of using the l.b.b. Some, I had learned over these past four or five years. The others I have always been confused about how to use or what to do with my problems. Especially, the latter ones.
I had your "Help by Tex" page in my Favorite Files (two or three of my users, at that), and HAD printed out copies of several of the items in it, some time ago. Today, after waiting for new ink cartridges for nearly a month, and not being able to get the printer to acknwledge I had them installed, finally after 4 or 5 complete re-cleaning / installing, I got the printer to work, so decided I needed p/o's of directions about doing that. As I was going down the line, making the p/o's, I printed out the rest of your "book" too --so that I can keep them together in a binder I've been making in re webtv / MSN tv stuff..
In doing so, from your "Help by Tex" I learned answers to so very many of my questions about how to do this or that. Questions, I have been searching for by bugging for answers in the Forums. Today, in printing out ALL the rest of YOUR "Help by Tex", I found those answers, and how to go about using them. Now maybe I can finally get on with making my P/B pages in re my forebears, for family members to view.
I am so estatic about finding in your directions & instructions EXACTLY what to do for so many things. Such as exactly what to write in or click on or not, to reduce or to enlarge photoes, etc., etc.
I repeat, Tex --thank you so very much!
"Dean"

I've come across and saved three files worth of "Help" websites in the last four years but yours is the absolute most concise, precise, and easy to understand step by step 'manual" (and in plain English ) for webtv.
Thank you a million times.. Now perhaps I can finally get a TV picture after three years since upgrading to a Plus.
Who needs all those "Help" files in Favs now !!!!!!! Keep up the excellent work. You're a Texas size lifesaver to this "li'l New York girl.
